The awful truth behind the conspiracy (Part 2)

With all these GamerTotoy brouhaha, we can't avoid anonymous cowards. I'm technically not anon since you know my first name and I'm definitely not a coward. I can punch your face anytime. Anyway, let's go back to these anonymous cowards.

When this dramu between Siopao Master and Czarina Geronimo exploded out of proportions, there were dozens of anonymous comments on GT's blog, mostly posting something against Otakai Figure Society then being followed up by another anonymous comment linking that said comment to GameOPS.

Siopao's the only one who's popular enough to be noticed by an "anonymous" commenter so when somebody commented that he saw Siopao Master and "jepokpok"  at UP AME, I already have two suspects: Edrell Dy,  and Czarina herself. I saw both of them at the SMX Convention and they're the only one's who could recognize Jepoy. GamerTotoy was also there but I doubt he'd cause so much dramu linking Otakai and GameOPS.

But a few hours ago, another suspect was added to my list. It's a user who has a plurk account name of  'coeli' who posted a comment on my Edrell Dy post that goes like this:

HAHA yan ba ang otakai mga bakla at duwag??

Oo bakla yan, nanonood yan ng gay porn, ung idol pa nya gay porn actor. NO JOKE. Kadiri.

Upon further investigation, I learned that this 'coeli' or Coeli Jimenez is part of the moderating team of Otakai Figure Society.

I'm not familiar with the data I got from my blog tracking software so I asked the help of experts, I don't want to start pointing fingers to people who are innocent.

The probability of Coeli posting those two comments above is more than 60%. Why? The referring URL came from her own Plurk account which means, she saw a link on her Plurk stream and manually clicked the link. I've already traced the Plurk thread and it was posted by Edrell Dy. If Coeli and Edrell are Plurk buddies, Coeli can immediately see the link on her stream. When she clicked it, her plurk URL will be the referring URL.

I don't know what she's trying to do. Trying to create a dramu between GameOPS and Otakai? She has a hidden grudge against Edrell? Edrell tried to hit on her too once? Is Coeli messing things up? Riding on the popularity of others for Otakai's own gain? Or I could be wrong.

What do you think?

PS.

Please read this blog's disclaimer at the sidebar moron. Things posted here are in no way related to GameOPS.

To be continued...

UPDATE
****

I received an email from Coeli asking me politely to stop dragging her into this mess. I'm sorry Coeli, but the evidence is here. She entered my blog at 11:56PM and successfully posted a comment at 11:58PM. You can't deny it Coeli:

Let me dissect the screenshot above.

  • The first entry indicates that Coeli entered my blog from her Plurk timeline at 11:56PM.
  • The second entry indicates the landing page. It's my post about tough guy Edrell Dy.
  • About 2 minutes later, the 3rd entry indicates that a comment has been successfully posted at 11:58PM from the same computer and IP address.
  • The fourth entry shows the landing page from the 3rd entry, it's the URL of the comment posted.
  • All of these happened in 2 minutes. In the span of 8 minutes, the same PC used the same IP address with a common denominator: Referral link from Coeli. Coeli admitted that she clicked the link. Go figure.
Check out the screenshot below:
That's right, the anonymous comment has a timestamp of 11:58PM.

So Coeli, are you still going to deny that you did not post those two anonymous comments? For the record, here's the exact URL you're questioning:

http://www.blogger.com/comment-iframe.g?blogID=7843314275772089565&postID=1293148672325983594

It's an iframe or the comment box itself. You know, the box where you type your comments. Try the link, post a comment and it will appear on my tough guy post. Try it Coeli.

PPS, I've disabled anonymous comments. I don't need more anonymous people here.

"I'm technically not anon since you know my first name and I'm definitely not a coward."

You there are just an internet tough guy. How many Anthonys are there in this world? Just because a player like you showed your name, that doesn't mean you're not a coward. To break your anonymous image, why not make things easier for us to look for you and punch you in the face. You did tell us in your profile to stalk you. Since you're giving out punches, I want to give you a chocolate knuckle sandwich in return. Mmmmm... Hahaha!

Then stalk me. You talk too much. OH WAIT. I SEE, YOU ARE CZARINA? OR NOT? :-/

I'm familiar with your "blog tracking software" and please consult your "experts" again with respect to the picture you've attached. Viewing comments is different from posting comments. Even though you blurred/black-marked the information, it clearly shows showComments. Posting comments results to the appearance of comment-form in their IP logs. Again, re-consult your expert friends with this matter.

Pio, are you sure you know what you're talking about? The third line is a referring URL of a successful posting of a blog comment. IT IS LITERALLY THE URL OF THE BOX WHERE YOU TYPE YOUR COMMENTS. See the "iframe" on the URL.

FYI, my "experts" have been using Blogger since it was still with Pyra Labs. Besides, it's the same IP and computer for 8 minutes. I admire you for signing up for a Blogger account just to post this nonsense :)

C'mon. Click it and post a comment. Stop denying the fact "Pio" that you err I mean Coeli posted those Anonymous comments. :)

just happen to click the part 1 in some page in facebook, then decided to read cuz i have lots of free time... lol (why not make it productive anyway?)

about referring URLs, it's the previous URL where the browser landed before landing on your post right?

so you can have the same referring URL if i visited your post from that link, but that's not gonna happen because her timeline is set to private and it is where the link is...

then maybe the one who placed the comment is not 100% that "coeli" girl, it could be one of her friends too (that is if friends can see that timeline thing...)

but it can't be denied that that visitor(from plurk)who viewed the post and posted comment is only one person

and why am i here? just doing some random browsing. btw nice post i love detective stuffs :D
